It was great to work with Tony on the purchase of our 2016 Chevy Silverado with the Rocky Ridge Package. Living in central Wisconsin communicating with him via email or the phone was never an issue he always responded in a very timely fashion. Great dealership, I used KBB for a comparator, Newman gave me more for my trade in, and sold me a truck cheaper than what KKB said it was worth. this is roughly my fifth vehicle from Newman. Great Guys in sales and service!

We were in the market for a newer-used Dodge Durango, and had been looking (including having dealers look for us) for approximately six weeks. My husband found an incredible used Durango at Newman - in the color and with ALL of the amenities that we wanted. We called, scheduled a test drive for that evening and purchased the vehicle that night. The next day we took delivery, and our sales rep even came in on his day off to complete the sale. (Wow!) Everyone at Newman Chevrolet was incredibly professional, considerate and easy to work with. We were at Newman in Cedarburg because they had a used car on the lot my daughter liked, she saw it on their website. I couldnt believe the service. It was cold. When we got there they had it inside for viewing. Everything was top notch. This was a $4500 car we were looking at, they treated us like we were buying a $50,000.00 silverado. The salesman A.J. Laporta was helpful, professional, and very courteous. Best car buying experience at a dealership Ive ever had. We bought the car....
Matt at Grafton took very good care of us! You can tell they are focused on selling vehicles, but don't use high pressure tactics. Also everyone is concerned to provide good customer service even people not directly involved in the sale.
Purchased 2 vehicles and had intermittent need for service over the past 11 years. Service has always been great, but what makes me recommend them is trust. You may not like what is broke on your vehicle, but I trust them in getting it fixed and being truthful about what is broke and where the repair is headed. Tom Hickey is a great Service Manager. Just bought a new 3500 silverado from Tony Pirlot, first experience with him. Went to 2 other dealers first & the Costco buying program. No one knows Silverado's better than Tony. Most of the dealers hovered around invoice, but my 2003 Silverado trade greatly varied. In the end, the process and deal at Newman was great. I am 55 years old and have purchased 8 cars, and until I found Newman, I dreaded the process.
I have purchased 4 vehicles from Newman Chevrolet and am leasing my most recent endeavor to try something new. I have purchased other vehicles from other dealers in the past. This is the first dealer that I have gone to more than once. My first purchase was a new 2003 Silverado. The atmosphere and personalities of everyone was just my style. They talk to you like a person and could answer any questions I had. Even the Big Bossman will stop to say hi and shake my hand when I stop in. Some times I just stop in to say hi and see how everyone is doing. If they're not too busy, I'll even sit and chat for awhile. It's just a great,friendly atmosphere with fast service and everyone is knowledgeable. My salesman is well informed on the vehicles. So is the service desk, talking to them is just like talking to the mechanic themselves.
James was great with all the financial work. He explained everything and answered all my questions. Dale ordered my new car and kept me informed of the progress. Both Dale and Rich helped me get everything set up like the radio, On-Star and Bluetooth. I love my new car and the experience I had with the purchase was wonderful. I would highly recommend this dealership. You couldn't ask for better customer service.
Great dealership experience! Tony Pirlot was very easy to work with and went out of his way to work with my schedule. The support did not stop at the point of sale as Tony has been very helpful with follow up questions that I have had since the purchase. I highly recommend Newman Chevrolet for sales and service. This is not the closest dealership to my home but I will definitely be coming back to them for my next purchase.
Tony went above and beyond the sales call in making sure everything was done to my exact liking. If there were any issues I wouldn't hesitate to contact Tony to correct them. Newman has always been a great dealership. Customer service is a notch above the rest. They know me by name and if I am trying to get my truck in for service they accommodate me even though they may be full that day.
I have been a second generation customer with Newman Chevrolet for approximately 5 years, but have known the dealership for longer. Each time I call or visit, I am always greeted with a handshake and several hellos. Whether it's the service manager, service writer, or a salesperson, each time I visit I am asked how I am doing personally first, then it's about the vehicle. The Newman Crew understands they need to respect their customers if they expect a return visit. In regards to sales and service experience, I cannot complain of any of them. I am very familiar with cars/trucks and have the hands on experience to maintain my own vehicle. That being said, I can understand what the service techs, and salespeople, talk about. I have never been pushed into a vehicle, nor have I ever been pushed out of a vehicle. I know what I want in my truck, and they accept that. They will go through the work to find a vehicle for you. When my truck has been in for service, there is no "beating-around-the-bush." All the service writers, manager included, get right to the point. They know how long it's going to take and how much it's going to cost when they call to update you. I couldn't ask for any better service, pun intended. Overall my experiences with the dealership as a whole are very positive. I know I will be going there for my next vehicle, and my service needs.
This dealership and the salesman I had Tony Pirlot was great. They made my truck buying experience a one of a kind. Because of the experience I had with them (Tony) I will be a customer for life. Ive been browsing for a car at several local dealerships, and the staff at Newman is by far the best I've ever dealt with. The salesman, Wally, really listened to what I had in mind, and showed me a couple different options. I didnt quite have the money to buy anything right that day, and Still did not feel pressured to buy anything immediately. I was even offered more than I was expecting, if i were to trade my current car in! I will definitely start at Newman, when I buy my next (several) vehicles!!!

I brought our Malibu in for some body shop work. I was able to schedule a time that was convenient for me and was kept informed of the estimated completion date. When I returned to pick up the car, it looked brand new inside and out! The repair work was flawless and looks fantastic. The inside of the car was completely detailed and on the front passenger seat was a neatly stacked pile of all the treasures they found while cleaning out the car. Given, this is the car driven by my teenagers, the detailing done on the inside was no small task! What a nice surprise! Thanks guys for a job well done!! I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else!!
The dealership is among the finest I have ever dealt with. I worked hard to get the best price possible and they were very patient and considerate. I rarely if ever take the time to fill out these kinds of surveys but these guys deserve the accolades. Everything they promised they came through with. Anything that was a bit confusing they explained. They simply worked hard to ensure their customer (me) was treated properly and fairly.
First off I would like to say I love my new Camaro. I heard about Scott Volkert (salesman) on the Modern Camaro Forum. After reading all the good things people were saying, it was a nobrainer to order my 2011 Camaro from him. He kept me updated throughout the whole ordering process, and when I went to pick up the car, He was very knowledgable and went over the whole car with me. It was a very pleasureable no hassle experience. I would recommend him and Newman Chevrolet for any car purchases you may have.
