Andy the service writer did an excellent job communicating. However, my truck is still experiencing an issue which were not addressed the couple times the truck was at the dealership. There is a shudder in the transmission that correlates with the DFM and torque converter that was deemed “normal” by the technicians. I worry this diagnosis by the technician will cause further damage to the truck.

I would have given the highest rating but…. I think it would be extremely helpful if the person that checks us in would ask for our GM Reward number. We have missed out on several years of rewards due to this. We were under the assumption that this reward number was added to each and every service appointments, only to find out that this was not occurring. I went in to get four new tires, front brakes, due to recommendation of dealership, oil change, wiper blade, change, and car detailed. Lee did a great job giving me four options for tires, had me wait a couple days until the sale kicked in. Service Center actually called us to schedule the application of the rust and sound protection and the exterior / interior protection package on our brand new Traverse. They had it completed in no time and from the first look at it they did a good job. Shuttle driver was prompt and polite. Service Center is kept clean and looking professional.

Servicing vehicles for regular routine maintenance is taking way too long. It shouldn’t take an hour and a half to do an oil change and tire rotation and an air filter. One hour is what it takes.

Price quoted did not match final charges. Vehicle returned to me in 'Fuel Maintenance' mode. Communication started well in the beginning of the process, but fell short in the end. Repairs took over a month with some issues related to obscure parts. Would not recommend this team for service for your vehicle.
